  • The doily is worked in rounds.
  • Ch3 at the beginning of round counts as dc stitch.

Instructions For Round Doily

Round 1: Ch 8, sl st to 1st ch to create a base ring. Ch4, *(dc, ch1) repeat * 11 times in base ring, sl st to 3rd ch at the beginning of round.

Round 2: Ch3, dc in same sp, *(ch1, 2dc in ch1 sp) repeat * 11 times, ch1, sl st to 3rd ch at the beginning of round.

Round 3: Ch3, dc in same sp, 2dc in next dc, *(ch1, 2dc each in next 2sts) repeat * 11 times, ch1, sl st to 3rd ch at the beginning of round.

Round 4: Ch3, dc, ch1, 2dc, *(ch2, 2dc, ch1, 2dc) repeat * 11 times, ch2, sl st to 3rd ch at the beginning of round.

Round 5: Ch3, dc, ch1, 2dc, *(ch4, 2dc, ch1, 2dc) repeat * 11 times, ch4, sl st to 3rd ch at the beginning of round.

Round 6: Ch3, dc, dc in ch1 sp, dc2tog, *(ch4, sc in ch4 sp, ch4, dc2tog, dc in ch1 sp, dc2tog) repeat * 11 times, ch4, sc in ch4 sp, ch4, sl st to 3rd ch at the beginning of round.
