Hi everyone! Today I’m coming back with a new pineapple doily Free Pattern. I’m in love this design because that’s all I like about doilies: it’s lacy, it’s beautifully shape with Pineapples. What more could a crochet addict want?
Abbreviations:
- Ch: chain
- Sp: space
- Sc: single crochet
- Dc: double crochet
- Hdc: half double crochet
- Tr: treble crochet
- Sk st: skip stitch
- Dc2tog: double crochet 2 dcs together
- Hdc2tog: half double crochet 2 hdcs together
Special stitches:
- p: picot stitch (ch4, sl st in 4th ch from the hook)
- shell: (3dc, ch3, 3dc)
- tr shell: (3tr, ch3, 3tr)
Pattern notes:

- 1-10 are worked in rounds. 11-23 are worked in rows.
- 3 chs in beginning of the round is considered as dc.
- 4 chs in beginning of the round is considered as tr.
Pineapple Doily Pattern
- Begin with a magic ring.
- Round 1: In ring, ch3, dc, *(ch1, dc2tog)* 11 times, ch1, sl st to 3rd ch in the beginning of round.
- Round 2: Ch3, 2dc in same st, *(ch8, sk dc2tog, 3dc in next dc2tog)* repeat * 5 times, ch4, tr in 3rd ch at the beginning of round.
- Round 3: Ch3, 2dc in same st, *(ch11, 3dc in ch8 sp, ch5, 3dc in same ch8 sp) repeat * 5 times, ch11, 3dc in last ch sp, ch3, hdc in 3rd ch at the beginning of round.
- Round 4: Ch3, 2dc in same st, *(ch4, sc in ch11 sp, ch4, shell in next ch sp, ch3, 3dc in same ch sp) repeat * 5 times, ch4, sc in ch11 sp, ch4, shell in last ch sp, ch1, hdc in 3rd ch at the beginning of round.
